Jennifer Bond brings over 25 years of commercial insurance experience to helping business owners understand their coverage, insurance agency teams strengthen their expertise, and commercial lenders evaluate insurance documentation.

Her background spans client service, insurance marketing and placement, construction insurance, carrier relationships, and agency leadership. She has led marketing and placement teams, supported complex commercial insurance programs, and coached insurance professionals in their development.

Jennifer understands that successful insurance outcomes require more than obtaining a quote. They depend on understanding a client’s operations, examining policy language, presenting risks effectively, and building productive relationships with insurance companies.

She founded JBond Insurance Education & Advisory to make that knowledge more accessible. For small-business owners, she provides agency-agnostic education and fee-based guidance. For agencies, she offers coverage education, new-hire development, and carrier relationship training. For banks and lenders, she provides coverage reviews scoped to their commercial lending due-diligence needs.

Her approach is straightforward: explain clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and turn insurance knowledge into practical action.
